This spacious two-bedroom apartment is perfect for those looking for a comfortable and fully equipped place to stay in Bologna for a medium-term period.

There are two generous bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be joined into a double, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.

The apartment also features a bright living room with a dining table, a separate kitchen, and a windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine.

A storage room and a large hallway make the space even more practical and livable for longer stays.

Though there is no air conditioning, the apartment is well-ventilated and comes with ceiling fans in every room, ensuring comfort even in the warmer months.

House Rules and Coexistence:

• Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No Smoking: To ensure a healthy environment, smoking is prohibited inside the apartment.
• Waste Separation: We ask that you separate waste and dispose of it at the end of your stay.
• Final Cleaning: The final cleaning included in the price covers the cleaning of the entire apartment but does not include dishwashing.

Check-In:

Once you make a reservation, you will receive a link to access your Guest Page.

You will need to follow the instructions to complete online check-in, at the end of which you will receive a personal code to retrieve the keys from the KeyCafe box.

This system allows you to arrive at your preferred time without needing to wait for us.

Additionally, the KeyCafe box can also be used to deposit and collect keys during your stay, offering greater convenience and avoiding the risk of losing the keys.

Apartment Instructions:

Upon arrival, you will find a house manual on the apartment table, which will explain everything you need for a comfortable stay. We recommend that you read it carefully upon arrival to familiarize yourself with the amenities and house rules.

Check-Out:

• At the time of departure, we ask you to:
• Check that all lights are turned off and appliances are unplugged.
• Place towels on the bathroom floor if you wish to change them.
• Dispose of waste in the appropriate recycling containers outside.
• Make sure not to forget personal belongings in the apartment.
• Close all doors and windows before leaving.
• Return the keys to the KeyCafe box using the personal code received.
  

How to Reach the Property:

• From the Train Station: Exit the station and take bus number 25. It takes about 15 minutes to arrive; get off at the "Casaralta" stop, and our property is just a short walk away.
• From Bologna Airport: Take the Aerobus to the Central Station, which takes about 20 minutes. From there, take bus number 25 and get off at the "Casaralta" stop, totaling approximately 35 minutes.
• By taxi, it will take between 15 and 25 minutes depending on traffic.
• From the Highway: Take the Bologna Fiera exit and follow the signs to the city center. Once in the city, it takes about 10-15 minutes to reach Via Giorgio Vasari 11.
